Northern Railway: Procedure to be followed in arranging payment of festival advance to workshop staff. Decision that since the Box/system of payment had been accepted as one of the recognised systems of payment, there should be no objection to this system being continued where it exists for payment of festival advance on Railways. All Railways were informed accordingly
