Amendments to payment of Wages (Railway) Rules 1938. Amendment to Rules 12, 14, 16 (2) and (c) and 17 the Labour Ministry were informed that the Ministry of Railways had no comments to offer on these proposed amendments. While forwarding the Labour Ministry's notification to the Railways it was clarified that giving an opportunity to show cause was necessary only for imposition of fines and deductions for damage or loss
