Eligibility of all gazetted officers in civil employ in Mesopotamia to appear for the field service test in Arabic and Turkish within three months of their entry into the civil administration and the grant to such officers of rewards if successful. Permission to officers who have passed the field service test before the 27th April 1918 to retain the rewards earned
