Decision that the present arrangement under which half of the pay and allowances of the appointment of Inspecting Officer, Kashmir Imperial Service Infantry, is met from Kashmir State revenues, will cease to take effect from the 1st Jaunary 1918, from which date the cost of this appointment will be borne by Imperial revenues as heretofore
