Decision that the orders directing that the personal allowances drawn by members of the I.C.S., in the Political Department of shall be treated for all purposes as included in pay proper applies also to the personal allowances of military and uncovenanted members of the Punjab Commission who are now holding appointments in the Political Department of the Government of India
