Sanction to the continuation in normal conditions, of the allowance of Rs 150 a month paid by His Highness the Sultan of Maskat to the Agency Surgeon, Maskat, for (I) quarantine duties, (2) medical attendance to His Highness' immediate household, and (3) professional help and advice in respect of all sanitary and medicasl questions connected with His Highness' territory
