Provision of an increased escort of 26 men for the Kerman Consulate and expenditure connected therewith. Divisibility of expenditure between the Home and Indian Governments. Reduction of the escort to 12 men and return to India of the surplus members. Question of further reduction of the escort to its normal strength of 6 men. Transfer of the surplus horses of the escort to the South Persia Rifles
