Decree that (i) officiating provisions in these pre-31 Scales, which were allowed prior to the introduction of prescribed Scales of pay under the conditions outlined in paragraph 2 of Boards letter No. o383-f dt. 29-5-32, may be allowed even though these Scales may have been equivalent to the same Scale in pres: Scale. (ii) and the overpayments made to specific Staff in Central Rly. prior to 22.5.53 because of the permissible offg. provisions need not be recouped
