Railway to find out if: (i) Oakgrave School instructors who did not choose the prescribed pay scales before 5-2-52 may be fixed from 5-2-52, 1-1-47, or 15-8-47; and (ii) teachers who chose the stipulated pay scales must be fitted under F.R. 23. told that (i) teachers may be fixed from 5-2-5 2. if they did not elect the prescribed scales published before 5.2.52. (ii) Teachers who selected the recommended pay scales must comply with RF23
