Fixation of off iciating pay in the case of pre-31 ontrants, who have retained the old Scales of pay when officiating in 'Marged Orades' RT. Representation from the foremen and Asstt. Foremene of the Central Rly. Decision that (i) officiating provision may be permitted in these pre-31 Scales in which such provisions were permitted prior to the introduction if prescribed Scales of pay under censdtien conditions stated in para. 2 of Board's letter No. o383-f dt. 29-5-32 even though these Scales may have been equated to the same Scale in pres: Scale. (ii) and the overpayments made to certain Staff in Central Rly. prior to 22.5.53 due to offg. provisions being permitted need not be recovered
