Biswas, M.P. during the Lok Sabha discussions on the Supplementary demands for Grants, 1970-71 was that the staff colleges expenditures for training officers were ineffective and that the college should close as it is a school for producing bureaucrats. The M.P. received a response from the M.R. and information about the cost of training officers, the number of officers trained, and other costs from the staff college for future use
