It was decided that cases involving railroad employees who are prosecuted following a departmental investigation for offences related to their job and are found guilty do not need to be reviewed. Similarly, cases involving railroad employees who were found guilty before starting work on the railroad do not need to be reviewed if they were not required to provide information about their conviction at the time of employment
