South Eastern Railway References from regarding treatment of periods of suspension of staff involved in July 1960 Strike. Decision the cases of suspension should be decided in terms of G.O.I decision Nos. 2 and 3 as introducted vide correction slip no 106 R.II treatment of the period of suspension of the staff who were arrested by Police and whose cases were withdrawn without any charge sheet being framed against them and resulting in the employees being put back to duty without any further departmental action Decided that as the suspension was not wholly unjustified, it should be regularised in terms of para 2044-RII and the decision taken in one similar cases (case of Shri Baraskar/C.Rly) Should not be the precedent for decision in such cases
