Allowance for surveys and construction projects, both temporary and permanent, to officers, subordinates, etc. (2) Deciding that the following protocol should be followed whenever the government provides jeeps, station waggons, and trucks to officers and staff working on building and survey projects. Officers and employees are subject to the Ex.Co. Rules. For the use of jeeps, staff members should be deducted 4 piecings per mile, officers should deduct 6 piecings per mile, and staff members should deduct 4 piecings per mile for the use of station waggons and trunks. (b) Workers and officers subject to State Railway Rules. In addition to their daily allowance, they are entitled to any travel expenses if not otherwise specified by Regulation 231(2)-RI
