Decision that (1) the period of 18 days of service of Mr. J.W. Brooks in the Board of Industries for which his pay was forfeited in the Munition Board be treated as duty for the purpose of privilege leave that (2) his temporary service in the Munition Board cannot qualify him for pension and so for furlough and will not count towards increment in the Secretariat time scale of pay
