Policy regarding creation of the Posts of Vice Principals in Railway Higher Secondary Schools -Board decided that no separate post of Assistant Headmasters/Vice Principals be created. Where considered necessary, the senior-most TGT working in High School or senior most PGT working in Higher Secondary School be put to work as Assistant Headmaster/Vice Principal by reducing their teaching load. Also clarify that it is not the intention to give separeate scales of pay to such senior most teachers who are put to work as Assistant Headmaster/Vice Principal who are only expected to discharge the duties of those posts by reducing their work load
