(Rajya Sabha) that (i) the posts of principal etc should be filled by promotion only and not by direct rectt (ii) the practice of open recruitment for the post of principal Oak Grove School Jharipani should be discontinued and the post should be clubbed with other class I on the railways -Replied that the suggestion made by him will be post in view while framing rectt ruller the post of principal etc of Rly school In regard to Oak grove school the post of Principal has already been filled so the question of amending rules at his stage does not arise
