Regulations concerning the positions of headmasters and principals at intermediate colleges and higher secondary high schools- Made reference to Shri M.V. Bhadram M.P. (Rajya Sabha) regarding the following: (i) the positions of principal and other officials should be filled through promotions rather than direct hires; (ii) the open recruitment policy for the principal position at Oak Grove School in Jharipani should be discontinued, and the post should be combined with other class I positions on the railways; - He replied that his suggestion will be taken into consideration when formulating the rules for the positions of principal and other officials of Rly school Since Oak Grove Schools principal position has already been filled, changing the rules at this point is not a concern
