Decided that adjustment in the case of under-noted items should not be discontinued between Indian Railways on the basis of the recommendation contained in para 149 of Sir Arthur Dickinson's Report Part I (i) Haulage of trains. (ii) Hire of locomotives (iii) Hire of vehicles (iv) conference hire and penality charges on inter-changed stock, (v) Haulage of stock sent to workshops situated on other Railways (a) periodical overhaul and other attention (b) repairs. (vi) Hire charges for rail patrol units etc. loaned by one Railway to another
