Decision that when a non-gazetted railway servant who is in receipt of house rent allowance without reference to the place of residence, if he is otherwise aligible for the same, is promoted as a gazatted officer, he should continue to be allowed, under the same conditions, to draw house rent allowance that he was drawing of would continue to receive in the non - gazetted post so long as his total (net) empluments while officiating in the gazetted post are not more than Rs. 75/- over what he would have received in the non-gazetted post
