Railway C.S.O. (1) Establishment of (i) a long-term organisation to approve specific non-gazetted positions and perform partial drawing tasks for American locomotives. (ii) A two-year temporary organisation to oversee the partial drawing works for I.R.S. locomotives and to grant permission for both gazetted and certain non-gazetted postings.
