1. Request for LPR to Shri J.Dayal F.C. wef. 14-11-57 in the public interest with permission to avail of six months leave after the age of his supernuatio refused. 2. Shri Dayal granted extension service from 14-6-58 to 13-6-59 and 14-6-59 to 13-6-60. 3. On his taking up employment in the oil and Natural gas Commission he relinquished charge of his duties wef. 1.6.60 and Shri S.Jaganathan ICS OSD (Finance) took over as F.C. from the same date. 4. Ministry of Finance (defence) cancelled the extension of service of the period 1-6-60 to 13-6-60. 5. Shri Dayal opted to avial of the refused leave on the expiry of his reemployment in the oil and natural gas commission
