Due to an alleged supersession of seniority and an incorrect interpretation of the Boards letter No. E(S)63CPC/30 dated 31.5.1963, N.E. Railway decided that stores transferred as clerk Gr. I began receiving seniority that Jr. store transferred after the date of the formers seniority should be worked out proforma as per the said letter and then advanced immediately above the letter in cases which arose before the said date
