E(S)66CPC/PA-3 The Southern Railway's commercial clerks who were drafted as ASMs after 7.3.57 but who began working as commercial clerks on 1-4-56 may be eligible for proforma pay fixation in the commercial clerks' category with effect from 1.4.56, providing them with the benefit of advancement. The pay fixation will be refixed in the ASMs scale under the standard procedures from the date of their promotion to ASM status. There are no unpaid balances for the time frame before 4.8.65
