Railway Boards order to the Railways that, unless there are special circumstances, any labour law inconsistencies notified by the officers of the Central Industrial Relations Machinery must be fixed within two months of receipt. At the end of each quarter, Railway Administrations are requested to provide the Railway Board with quarterly reports outlining the status of reported anomalies that are still pending more than two months
