Minimum Wages Committee (Construction)- Recommendation made by the regarding minimum wages rates and criteria for fixing such rates for the scheduled employment under the Central Government to be enforced on a date not later than 1.4.69. Railway Board's decision taken by the Ministry of Labour to enforce wef 1.4.69- Approval of draft notification based on the committee's recommendations for revision of the existing minimum wage rated in scheduled employments and for fixation of rates in areas or categories of Labour- the minimum wage notified by the Central Government in their Notification no. 1917 and 1913 of 19.5.69 and approved by the Board were circulated to railways on 28.5.69
