The Board further considered the question of provision of leave reserve for Driver's Grade 'C' in the grade itself and decided that the Administrations may create equivalent number of additional leave reserve posts in Drivers 'C' grade as and when the existing leave reserve posts against the shunters grade get adjusted as working posts against the additional requirements in the normal Course. This will however not apply to the additional leave reserve posts in respect of drivers grade 'C' to be created in terms of para 2(ii) of Board's letter No. E(G)73LR1-11 dated 3.12.73 where the same can be created in category itself on the authority of this letter
