Amendment to the Recruitment Rules for the post of District Medical Officer in the Indian Railway Medical Service The following amendments were made:- (i)Rate of non-practising allowance was enhanced from 20% of pay to 35% of pay subject to a maximum of Rs. 400/- (ii)Promotion quota vacancies was enhanced from 33 1/3% to 50%
