Decision that the pensionary equivalent of the retirement benefits received by a railway servant should be calculated with reference to the age next birthday, after his retirement from regular service (as distinct from re-employment) and the commutation tables in Vogue on that dated of quitting service. Thus the pensionary equivalent will be a constant figure irrespective of the date on which the re-employment takes place
