The determination that, upon retirement from regular service (as opposed to re-employment), the pensionary equivalent of the retirement benefits received by a railway employee should be computed based on the employees age upon their next birthday and the commutation tables listed in Vogue on the date of their service termination. As a result, the pensionary equivalent will remain constant regardless of the date of the reemployment
