State Railway leave Rules 1949 - Question regarding calculations of earned leave in fraction of a day. Decision that when a transition from one fraction to another takes place as in the case of a class IV Railway servants in ty. service in whose case rate of earning leave charges at different stages i.e. 1/30th, 1/22nd, 1/16th and 1/11th, when a new rate becomes applicable, the fraction in the earned leave accumulated at the earlier rate should be rounded off
