Calculation of overtime allowance under the Hrs. of Employment Regulations- Item 6 of the forthcoming PNM Meeting with- As a result of discussion, matter clarified to Railways in partial modification of their orders as contained in para 1 (1) of Board's letter No. E(Trg)62/adj/36 dated 15.10.63 that rounding off of hours in a two weekly period should be done only at the final stage i.e. rounding off should be done on the result of actual hours of duty performed on the days an employee was present minus the hours which the employee should have normally put in during those days in a two weekly period
