Review of the April 1964 standards for officers in the stores department:- It was decided that: (i) the direct recruiting quote should be raised to 16 for the following five years after being tentatively fixed at 14. (ii) For the following five years, the UPSC should be contacted in order to increase the quota for the annual absorption of Ty. A.C. Os. in class I from four to six. (iii) Plans should be put in place to hire thirty Ty. A.C.Os. 6 annually beginning with the 1963 test. Regarding the next decision on file No. E(GR)I165RC15-1, action has been made regarding items (i) and (ii) on E(GR)63RC15-11 and E(GP)64/6/6
