Review of requirements of officers in the stores department as made in April, 1964:- Decided that:- (i) the direct recruitment quote should tentatively be fixed at 14 for the next 5 years it should be raised to 16. (ii) the UPSC should be approached to raise the quota for the annual absorption of the Ty. A.C. Os. in class I from 4 to 6 for the next five years. (iii) arrangements should be made to recruit 30 Ty. A.C.Os. 6 per annum starting from 1963 examination. Action regarding items (i) and (ii) taken on files Nos. E(GR)63RC15-11 and E(GP)64/6/6 as regards further decision on file No. E(GR)I165RC15-1
