Delegation of authority Expenditure on distinguished Visitors to the Railway Electrification Project Calcutta and the Locomotive Component Works, Varanasi decided that expenditure may be incurred by the General Manager and Chief Engineer Railway Electrification Calcutta on (i) visits to various sites of work sponsored by the Government (ii) visits by High dignitaries and (iii) visits by High dignitaries and to be in public relations at the General Manager's personal discretion. The magnitude of expenditure In consultation with the F.A. and C.A.O.II, it should be agreed that the Engineers in Chief Locomotive Components Works, Varanasi, should not be awarded such powers
