(i) Each Railway to arrange to celebrate Centenary Day Celebrations 1963 in a suitable manner. (ii) Additional functions should be arranged when the exhibition trains visit the various railway H.Q. (iii) Each Railway to manage the celebrations with in a ceiling of Rs. 12, 000/- excepting Central Railway. (iv) Sanction of Rs.9333-1-0 for garden party on Central Railway. (v) Decision that expenditure sanctioned in connection with the Centenary celebrations and should also be changed to item 8 (Centenary Exhibition) expenditure for 1953-54
