The creation of the S.S. post Works Manager in place of the JS/Class II post A.P.E. till May 30, 1954. 5. The creation of a Class II A.P.E. post for 9 months to accommodate Shri Barot. 6. The S.S. post of Chief Inspector Officer was created in place of the S.S. post of Production Planning Officer from January 1, 1954 to December 31, 1954. 7. Reviving the S.S. positions of Chemist and Mettallurgist
