Integral Coach Factory: Establishing new gazetted positions in the departments of personnel, equipment, Meh., and stores in order to raise annual output to 750 coaches and fulfil export orders. CPO handling Security Branch and Staff Welfare work in addition to Personnel Work; nevertheless, the creation of the post of SPO (Labour and Welfare) and redesignation of the post of Dy. CPO as Dy. GM were not approved
