1. The railway formally notified demi of the following: i) Legal opinion holds that an officer of the Governor General is not distinguished from those in agreement with the G.C. in C, in whose agreements the phrase His Majesty are not included. ii) The employees' current terms and conditions, which include their pension and provident fund rights and forgo any creation discrimination, have been guaranteed by the lenders of both Indian parties. iii) The interim agreement on sterling balances covers members of the provident fund's sterling branch. iv) The government is unwilling to allow officers to leave their P.F. in any way other than in compliance with the regulations
