Railway Assam Without the board's approval, the Railway Schools at Badarpur and Lumding regulated the position from M.E. to High Standard. 1. Approved the transfer of (i) the non-railway high school divisions of the railway schools located in Lumding and Badarpur, effective 1-5-52. 2. The headmaster of the Lumding School is paid according to the prescribed scale that is applicable to middle school headmasters from 1-1-47 or from the relevant date until the date of taking over, after which the headmaster of a high school is paid according to the prescribed scale with pay fixed in accordance with standard procedures
