(1) It was clarified that, according to rule 26 of the E.I Rly. Co. P.F. rules, interest would accumulate until the person entitled to receive the P.F money was determined and a written notification was given to him beginning that no interest would accrue after the date of such tender of payment. (2) Clarified that, in accordance with the proviso to Rule 1319(2) RI, the payment order should issue rather than just be issued on the date the interest is authorised
