(1) Clarified that from rule 26 of the E.I Rly. Co. P.F. rules it follows that interest would accrue till the person entitled to receive the P.F money has been ascertained and a written notice given to him starting that no interest would accrue after the date of such tender of payment (2) Clarified that in terms of proviso to rule 1319(2) RI the payment order should issue and not merely be prepared on the date upto which the interest is allowed
