Rule 1337 R.l. - Withholding of Government Contribution to P.F. according to Railways' Clarification Instruction to the Aiming at (a) Misconduct of Grade in Rule 1337(1)All dismissals under items 1-V of rule 1706-R.I. are covered under E.I. (a) The governing officer must make a merit-based decision regarding which case is serious enough to lose government contributions to P.F. and to what level. (c) If a person resigns within five years of a kind of case where the government should withhold payment, the controlling officer will determine the amount due based on the merits of each case
