Policy for granting Special Pay Decision that i.Special pay for holding dual charge change shall not be granted for more than 3 months. ii. No special pay should be paid for holding current charge of regular responsibilities of a higher post, regardless of time; and ii. for holding full charge, just the pay of the higher post should be passed but no special pay should be paid
