Policy in regard to the grant of Special Pay Decision that i.Special pay for holding dual charge change should not be allowed for more than 3 months. ii. No spacial pay should be paid for holding current charge of the routine duties of a higher post irrespective of duration and ii. for holding full charge, only the pay of the higher post should be pass but no special pay
