E.Rly: The Electric Dept.'s traction distribution employees receive departmental overtime pay. Determination that the issue of paying Depttal OT to such staff did not arise because the Traction Distribution Dept. workforce did not exist in 1951 when the Hours of Employment Regulations were issued. As far as the General Electrical Department staff is concerned, they will keep receiving the overtime approval from Braw in April of 1960
