E.Rly- Payment of depttal OT to Traction distribution staff of Electric Deptt. Decision that since the staff of the Traction Distribution Deptt was not in existence in 1951 when the Hours of Employment Regulations were promulgated the question of payment of Depttal OT to such Staff did not arise. So far as the Staff of the Genl. Electrical Deptt. they would continue to get the depattal OT sanctioned by Braw in April'60
