Staff uniforms for statutory canteens. It was decided that the cost of uniforms should be met by Rly. Admns. However, the cost of washing them should be covered by Canteen Accounts. It was also determined that wherever the supply of uniform to canteen personnel is a statutory necessity, the cost should be met by the Administration regardless of whether the staff involved is Rly. employees or not
