Uniforms for staff of statutory canteens. Decided that incidence of cost of uniforms should be borne by Rly. Admns. but the cost of washing them should be borne from Canteen Accounts. Also decided wherever the supply of uniform to canteen employeesis a statutory requirements, the cost thereof should be borne by the Administration irrespective of the fact whether the staff concerned is Rly. employees or not
