Analysing whether industrial institutions in the public sector can use the Code of Discipline in Industry. The 16th and 17th Sessions of the Indian Lahore Conference endorsed the Code of Discipline in Industry; however, the decision on the E(L)58-LR1-31 held that the Railways did not need to adopt this code because their long-standing procedures and conventions had addressed the principal objections to it
